Jamie & Laura's wedding at Ickworth House, 26th May 2012

Jamie & Laura chose The West Wing at Ickworth House for their civil ceremony and reception. What an amazing venue, an elegant setting in 1800 acres of parkland and beautiful Italianate gardens.

The ceremony was held in the upstairs gallery, with drinks on the sun drenched lawn afterwards. The gardens are lovely and wherever you point the camera there's always a stunning backdrop. The large groups when taken from the gallery above look great and the relaxed atmosphere of the day lent itself to some outstanding candids of the guests and couples portraits.

As always the ceremomy room was quickly turned around to host the couples wedding breakfast and the decorations and colours chosen by the couple looked fantastic. A live band finished the days festivities...an altogether fantastic day and a very happy couple.
